Inclement Weather

I learned about this word two years ago. I called a someone in Canada and I was told that their offices are closed "due to inclement weather". Checking the dictionary, I learned that inclement weather means severe weather. Yesterday, KL, especially Section 17 PJ faced one of the worst weather we have ever seen. Roofs flew off, trees uprooted, the glass door in front of my office's lobby shattered. I don't think Malaysia has ever seen such wrath.

If you notice, weather has a roundabout change this year. What used to be a humid and hot Chinese New Year month in February turned out to be a rainy day. Just last month, Subang faced a major storm that uprooted many trees. Then Shah Alam and Giant hypermart was flooded.

Yesterday night, my Taman was shrouded in mist... almost like Genting Highlands.

I have been bitching about hot weather and haze almost every year. Is this the answer? Hmmm... albeit all these chaos, it has been pretty cool and 'breezy' and good-feel. HMMMM...
